These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you," "Student" or "Customer") and AtenasPay, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("AtenasPay," "we," "us" or "our"). They govern your use of this website and your purchase and use of our courses, coaching programs, mentorships, memberships, community spaces and related materials (together, the "Services"). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.

1. Our Services

AtenasPay provides consulting, coaching and educational training about e-commerce for people who want to learn how to start, operate and grow an online store. Depending on the product you purchase, the Services may include recorded courses, live group coaching calls, one-on-one mentorship sessions, written feedback, templates and other downloadable resources, and access to an online community.

The content, format, duration, access period and price of each product are described on its sales or checkout page at the time of purchase, and that description forms part of these Terms. We may update or improve content over time; updates will not materially reduce the core content of a product you have already paid for during its access period.

We are an education provider. We are not a marketplace, a payment institution, an investment, legal, tax or accounting advisor, or a business partner of our Students, and we do not operate any store on your behalf.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase the Services.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
• Each purchase grants access to one individual. Login credentials are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. We may suspend access if we detect account sharing.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay the price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details. By paying, you authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method for the amounts described at checkout.
• Payment plans. If you choose to pay in installments, you agree to pay every installment on schedule. A payment plan is a way of paying for the full program, not a subscription that can be stopped by ceasing payment. If an installment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, we may pause access until the balance is brought current.
• Promotional prices and coupons apply only to the purchase for which they were offered and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Subscriptions

Memberships such as AtenasPay Circle renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. The billing period, price and renewal date are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase takes effect. You can cancel at any time as described in our Cancellation Policy.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Every purchase is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and cancellations by our Cancellation Policy, both of which are part of these Terms.

6. Live sessions and coaching

Live group calls and one-on-one sessions are held by video at scheduled times. Group calls are recorded whenever possible and the recordings are made available to enrolled Students. One-on-one sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled as described in the Cancellation Policy. Coaching is educational guidance; all decisions about your business remain yours.

7. Intellectual property and license

All course content, videos, text, graphics, templates and trademarks provided through the Services are owned by AtenasPay, LLC or its licensors. Upon payment we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials for your own learning and in your own business during your access period. You may not copy, record, resell, share, publish or redistribute the content, or use it to create a competing course or product.

8. No earnings guarantee

Our Services are educational. We do not guarantee any income, sales, profit or other results. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, harass other Students or staff, post spam or unsolicited promotions in our community, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to operate a store in a way that is fraudulent, deceptive or prohibited by law or platform policies.

10. Third-party platforms

Our training may reference third-party services such as e-commerce platforms, advertising networks, suppliers, payment providers and software tools. They are operated by independent companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies, account decisions or results. Some links may be affiliate links from which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

11. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first at atenaspay@gmail.com — our 7-day guarantee is designed to make resolving it easy. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, access may be suspended while it is pending, and we will provide the payment processor with records of your purchase, your acceptance of these Terms and your use of the Services.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATENASPAY, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AtenasPay, LLC from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services or the operation of your own business.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if you materially breach these Terms — including sharing your account, redistributing our content or abusive conduct. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections 7, 8, 11, 12, 13 and 15 survive termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If it is not resolved, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court. Nothing in this section removes non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your country or state of residence.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date, and material changes will be notified by email. Changes do not apply retroactively: the Terms in effect when you purchased govern that purchase, including its refund and cancellation rights.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AtenasPay, LLC ("AtenasPay," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or purchase and use our courses, coaching and memberships (the "Services"). AtenasPay, LLC is the controller of your personal information.

1. Information we collect

We do not receive or store your full payment card number; it is handled directly by our payment processor. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as health data, and we ask you not to share it with us.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Services — create your account, deliver course access, schedule and run coaching sessions, and provide support (performance of a contract).
• To process payments, refunds, cancellations and prevent fraud (performance of a contract; legal obligation; legitimate interests).
• To communicate with you about your purchase, schedule changes and important updates (performance of a contract).
• To send marketing emails about our programs, only where permitted by law, with an unsubscribe link in every message (consent or legitimate interests).
• To improve our website and programs through aggregated usage analysis (legitimate interests).
• To comply with law, including tax, accounting and record-keeping obligations, and to enforce our Terms (legal obligation; legitimate interests).

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We share it only with:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf: payment processors, course-hosting and community platforms, video-conferencing, email delivery, scheduling, cloud storage and analytics tools. They are bound by contracts to use it only to provide services to us.
• Professional advisors such as accountants and lawyers, under confidentiality duties.
• Authorities, when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
• A successor, if AtenasPay is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Information you post in group calls or community spaces is visible to other participants. Please don't share anything there you want kept private.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: account and learning data for the life of your access plus 24 months; purchase and billing records for at least 7 years for tax and accounting purposes; marketing data until you unsubscribe; inquiries that don't lead to a purchase for up to 24 months. Group-session recordings are kept for as long as the program they belong to is offered.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping obligations;
• object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time;
• data portability;
• opt out of marketing communications, and of any "sale" or "sharing" of data as defined by U.S. state laws (we do neither);
• not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

These rights include those under U.S. state privacy laws (such as California's CCPA/CPRA), the EU and UK GDPR, and Brazil's LGPD where they apply. To exercise them, email atenaspay@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law (generally 30 to 45 days). You may also use an authorized agent, and you have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. International transfers

AtenasPay is based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EU, UK or Brazil.

9. Children

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

Our website and lessons link to third-party sites and tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be notified by email.

Refund Policy

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to every product sold by AtenasPay, LLC: the Launchpad course, the Accelerator group coaching program, 1:1 Mentorship, the AtenasPay Circle membership and any other course, coaching or bundle we offer.

2. How to request a refund

• Email atenaspay@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
• Include the full name and email address used at checkout and the name of the product.
• Your request must be received within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. The date we receive your email is the date of the request.
• We confirm receipt within 2 business days.

3. How refunds are paid

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, account or person.
• We process approved refunds within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5–10 business days to show the credit.
• For payment plans, we refund every installment paid and cancel all remaining installments.
• When a refund is issued, access to the product, its materials and any related community ends.

4. After the 7-day period

• Purchases are non-refundable after 7 days, because digital content and coaching access are delivered immediately.
• Membership renewals: a renewal charge is refunded if you request it within 48 hours of the charge and haven't used the membership since it renewed. Otherwise you can cancel to stop future charges (see the Cancellation Policy).
• One-on-one sessions: sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice can be rescheduled, or refunded within the 7-day guarantee period.
• If we cancel a session or discontinue a program, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund of the unused portion, whatever the date.

5. Exceptions

We may decline a refund in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or downloading and redistributing substantial portions of the content before requesting a refund.

6. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of where you live. Where those laws give you more, they apply.

Cancellation Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

1. Cancelling a membership or subscription

• You may cancel at any time from your account settings, where available, or by emailing atenaspay@gmail.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription".
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again and you keep access until that date.
• Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund the current period, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We send an email confirming your cancellation. If you don't receive it within 2 business days, please contact us again.
• To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

2. One-time purchases and payment plans

• One-time purchases don't renew, so there's nothing to cancel. Access lasts for the period stated on the product page.
• A payment plan can be cancelled with a full refund within the 7-day guarantee period. After that, the remaining installments for the program stay due.

3. Coaching sessions and mentorship calls

• Cancel or reschedule a one-on-one session at no cost with at least 48 hours' notice before it starts.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, count as delivered. We'll still offer one courtesy reschedule per program.
• If we need to cancel a session, you choose between a rescheduled session or a refund for that session.
• Group calls aren't individually cancellable; they're recorded whenever possible and shared with enrolled Students.

4. Cancellation by AtenasPay

If we discontinue a program before your paid access period ends, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and offer either access to a comparable program or a pro-rata refund of the unused portion. We may also suspend or end access for a material breach of our Terms of Service; in that case no refund is owed.

Delivery Policy

AtenasPay sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically, and no shipping fees apply.

If you haven't received access within the times above, check your spam folder and then email atenaspay@gmail.com. Your access period starts on the delivery date.

Earnings Disclaimer

Any examples of revenue, sales, advertising results or student outcomes in our website, lessons, emails or social media are illustrative. They are not typical, they are not a promise, and they do not mean you will achieve the same or any result.

Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, skills, time, budget, product choice, market conditions, competition, supplier reliability and the policies of third-party platforms such as e-commerce and advertising providers — most of which are outside our control. You may lose money spent on inventory, advertising, software and other business costs.

Nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Consult qualified professionals before making business or financial decisions. By using our Services you accept that you are solely responsible for your decisions and their outcomes.

The example store "Oliva & Co." shown on this website is a fictional teaching project; it does not represent the performance of any real business.
